1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Weedversity, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of Weedversity after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Weedversity. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that cannabis-related content is legal for you to view where you live.

Weedversity is an educational and discovery platform. It does not sell, distribute, or facilitate the sale of cannabis.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your profile data.

You may register as a general member or as a dispensary owner. Owner accounts may claim and manage dispensary listings subject to our verification process.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use Weedversity for any illegal purpose; submit false, misleading, or infringing content; harass other users or our team; attempt to circumvent security or access controls; scrape or resell platform data; or impersonate another person or business.

All public submissions — dispensary listings, photos, community posts, and advertisements — are reviewed by administrators before publication. We may remove any content that violates these terms.

5. Dispensary Listings & Verification

Listings are provided for informational purposes. Weedversity does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any listing's details, menus, or promotions. A verified badge indicates that an owner completed our verification process and paid the applicable fee; it is not an endorsement of the business.

Verified listing subscriptions are billed monthly. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Purchases & Courses

Course enrollments and other paid features are processed through our payment provider. Once a purchase is completed, you receive access to the purchased content through your account. If you experience an issue with a purchase, contact support from the Settings page and we will work to resolve it.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, posts, reviews, menus). By submitting content, you grant Weedversity a non-exclusive right to display it on the platform. You confirm you have the rights to any material you upload.

8. Third-Party Advertising

Brand advertisements shown in the app belong to their sponsors. Weedversity is not responsible for the products, claims, or websites advertised. Visiting an advertiser's link is at your own discretion.

9. No Professional Advice

Educational content on Weedversity is for general information only. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions related to cannabis use, business, or the law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Weedversity is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
