• Account information: your name, email address, and role when you register or sign in.

• Profile data: favorites, course enrollments, and progress you create while using the app.

• Content you submit: photos, community posts, reviews, dispensary claims, and business information you choose to share.

• Support messages: anything you send us through the Support form in Settings.

• Payment details: purchases and subscriptions are processed by our payment provider; we never store your card number.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate your account and show you your saved strains, enrollments, and progress.

• To review and publish submissions you send us, such as photos or dispensary claims.

• To process course purchases and dispensary verification subscriptions.

• To respond to support requests.

• To keep the platform safe — for example, moderating content and preventing abuse.

3. Who Can See Your Data

• Your profile email is never shown publicly. Your favorites, enrollments, and support messages are visible only to you and our administrators. Community content you choose to publish is visible to everyone once approved.

• Administrators can view submissions and payment records needed to run and moderate the platform.

4. Sharing With Third Parties

• We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the services required to operate Weedversity — primarily our payment provider, which processes transactions under its own privacy policy.

• We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• Your data is kept while your account is active. You can permanently delete your profile data at any time using Delete Account in Settings, which removes your favorites, enrollments, posts, and photos, then signs you out.

6. Cookies & Analytics

• We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and basic analytics to understand how the app is used. We do not use advertising trackers.

7. Your Choices

• You can update your display name from your profile, review your saved data anytime, and delete your account whenever you wish. You may contact us through the Support section in Settings with any privacy question or request.

8. Changes to This Policy

• If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will post the updated version here. Continued use of Weedversity after an update means you accept the revised policy.
